Kayaking the Ocmulgee River
from Juliette to Popes Ferry

Six of us started out at Juliette right below the dam. (Juliette Rd off of Hwy 87/23)
 
 
The water was pretty high so we stopped on a rock for lunch.
There was just enough room for 6 kayaks and 6 people. 		 
 
 
We took out at Popes Ferry Rd off of Hwy 87/23.

This is how my kayak made it to Macon.
When not in the water, it hangs out of the way in the garage above the car.
Maybe Daisy will go with me on a quiet lake sometime.
