Western Ribbon Snake - below
Look carefully below. One Shell Square is in the middle.
.
.
A duck and a frog.
This frog was very loud.
.
Below is Spanish Moss swinging in the breeze.
We walked on a board run most of the way. Right now, the water level is low but later in the year, the water much higher and will be right under it.
.
Above, this vine is strangling this tree.
Notice, it has forced the bark to grow around it.
Above and below is a
Cottonmouth Water Moccasin eating a Western Ribbon Snake
Cypress knees are along the side of the walkway as well as in the forest.
This frog is almost big enough for frog legs. He had a VERY deep voice.
Irises are the reason we went to the park today.
.
.
.
Tiny Red Crickets are above and a Spider Lilly is below.
.
This is called the midden tree because it grew on top of one.
