New Orleans Katrina Christmas decorations 2005
Notice he has a face mask and Mr. Bingle, a New Orleans tradition is also in his hand.
The rest are pictures from the Lakeside Mall Christmas display. I believe these came from nola.com.
This house on Bellaire Dr. was decked out for Christms on Dec 10. There is still no electricity in the area but there is water. This house is about 8 blocks from the 17th St. Canal break. The list is detailed below.

The house has a stop sign for Santa and bows on the railings. This is a wish list we all want.
Examples of other signs:
LA polititians are stuck on stupid.
I am in good hands with Allstate.
Some people looking for their dogs or cats left their cell phone numbers sprayed on the house with a message. If calico cat found please call.
Spray paint on another house with a cell phone number said: John, where are you?
